Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you click “Accept”: until then no Google script is loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
Purpose: count visits to improve the site. Text you type in search is never sent to Google. No advertising use.
Cookies and data: _ga and _ga_*, for up to 13 months. Google Analytics records pages viewed, device type, browser and approximate city. Google receives your IP address but does not store it. Data is kept for up to 14 months.
Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, as the publisher's processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your choice is kept in your browser for 6 months. Declining is as easy as accepting. Declining has no effect on how you can use the site.
To change your mind: use “Manage cookies” at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing your consent stops measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Third-party services
The base map, aerial photographs and address search are provided directly by IGN's Géoplateforme, which therefore receives your IP address. If you switch on the risks layer (Géorisques), BRGM (mapsref.brgm.fr) also receives your IP address, and only then. If you accept audience measurement, your browser also contacts Google (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com).
Hosting
The site asks for no account and no personal data. Like any host, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service.
Controller and your rights
Controller: OPL Consulting, Espoo (Finland), info@carteparcelle.fr.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), for Google Analytics only.
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@carteparcelle.fr. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
