France's cadastre and zoning, parcel by parcel

Find a parcel by its cadastral reference, or browse by commune. Each parcel shows its area and its zone in the local zoning plan (PLU, Plan local d'urbanisme), which sets where and how you may build.

Example: 90010 000 AB 12 (INSEE commune code, prefix, section, number).

The cadastre is a tax record: it does not prove ownership and its boundaries have no legal force (only a surveyor's boundary marking does). Its plan is approximate: especially where it is old, it can be offset by a few metres from the buildings and the aerial imagery. The owner's name is not shown.
