# Carteparcelle

> Cadastral parcels and PLU zoning for every parcel in metropolitan France (incl. Corsica), from open data: the Etalab cadastre (DGFiP) and the Géoportail de l'Urbanisme. Pages are in French at the URLs below and in English under https://carteparcelle.fr/en/ (same paths after /en).

A parcel is a fiscal unit, not a property: no owner data is published. Missing recorded areas ("contenance") are reported as missing, never 0. A point on a road, river or public domain is "domaine non cadastré": no nearest parcel is ever substituted.

The link is the answer: every API and MCP result is a short brief plus the canonical page URL; send people to the page for the map, the zoning document and neighbouring parcels.
